New Boot Process

Since Musclenerd released the quick boot process for dongles, Im going to implement this process into QuickTether. You can then boot your ipod without going into DFU mode or you can use a dongle. As soon as we can figure out how this is exactly done, I will implement it. This may delay QuickThether a few days, however, it will be worth it :)
