Progress

I have quite busy recently, but Im back at fixing QuickTether as several people are requesting to download it. I'm finishing this next version as quickly as possible. I'll be able to work more on it tomorrow(wed). So far I fixed the following:

-Error with running Windows Vista as Admin - Now QuickTether is installed through a package instead of a zipped file.
-Fixed the Run Rs 1 time patch script
-Logging all scripts now so people with problems can send them to me for fixes.
-Reworking interface for easier readability
